Guidelines

We would like to emphasize that we are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We would like to continue to hold a high standard and be able to provide the best possible service with the highest quality, but in order to do so it is imperative that appointments are strictly adhered.

We understand the lack of available parking is an issue here in Summit, but we do ask that you would please keep this in mind and allow yourself plenty of time prior to your appointment so that you are not late for your appointment due to parking issues.

We would like to also ask everyone to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.

Only cash or Venmo gratuities are accepted.

We have an extremely strict policy on cell phone usage. No phone calls nor speaker phones are allowed in the salon for the comfort of everyone inside.

SERVICE DOGS ARE PERMITTED BUT NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Clients who come to Golden Flower are not rushed, and we do not overbook our clients. Each client is given our upmost care. We strive to create a pleasant, serene atmosphere for our clients to relax in during their visit. 

 

Air Quality Controlled

Our air quality standards exceed the measures put in place by the EPA and WHO. Many nail salons are exposed to harmful vapors, dusts, or mists from the products that are used. However, at Golden Flower we use chemical-free products and control any chemical exposures. Our salon has full ventilation and we follow appropriate work practices to ensure the health of all our workers and clients.
